We take all major debit and credit cards, and you can also pay through PayPal if you prefer. Payment is taken when you place the order, and your details are handled securely by our payment provider.
Orders are usually packed within one to two working days, and UK delivery takes roughly two to four working days after that. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Yes, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Just get in touch first and we will talk you through the steps and where to send it.
At the moment we only deliver within the UK. If you are elsewhere and have your eye on something, drop us a line and we will look into whether we can help on a case-by-case basis.
Let us know within 14 days of delivery, with a photo if you can, and we will sort out a replacement or a refund. Please keep the packaging until we have sorted it, as it often helps with the claim.
